Terms of Service

SafInvoice is an online invoice generator that lets you create, download and send invoices. By using the service you agree to these Terms of Service.

The free tier allows unlimited invoice creation, PDF download and WhatsApp sharing. An optional Pro subscription adds reporting features.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including business details, prices, taxes and totals. SafInvoice calculates totals based on the values you provide; please review each invoice before sending it.

You are responsible for complying with the invoicing, tax and record-keeping rules that apply in your country or jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for the content of the invoices you create and send. Invoices are generated exactly from the data you enter; SafInvoice does not verify that an invoice reflects a real transaction.

You must not use SafInvoice to create fraudulent, misleading or illegal documents.

Signing in is optional but required to save invoices, customers, products and your business profile permanently. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Guest users can create and download invoices, but guest data is stored only in the browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared.

Pro subscriptions are billed as described on the pricing page, currently via manual payment methods such as bank transfer or QRIS with payment proof verification.

Your Pro access is activated after your payment proof is verified. Subscription periods and renewal terms are shown on the pricing and subscription pages.

We may refuse or reverse a subscription activation if a payment proof cannot be verified or appears invalid.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, scraping at scale, or using SafInvoice for any unlawful purpose.

We aim to keep SafInvoice available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change over time. We recommend keeping downloaded PDF copies of important invoices for your records.

SafInvoice, its design, logo and software are our intellectual property. The invoices and content you create remain yours; you grant us only the rights needed to store and display them back to you.

You may stop using SafInvoice or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, in which case access to stored data may be removed.

We may update the service and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SafInvoice after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
